super easy no-brain-necessary, sleep-deprived alfredo sauce for pasta
(it’s also healthier than the full fat, lots of butter original alfredo recipe!)
1. cook pasta
2. drain pasta
3. put pot back on element and 1 - 3 tbs butter (depending on amount of pasta you cook)
4. add sour cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper to taste
