Be patient and let the woman at the beginning of this video talk -what follows afterwards is very worth it.
Listen to that bass line! Simple but perfect. Close your eyes or watch the shadows and enjoy.
Sunday Morning Coming Down
This song is a perfect Sunday morning song if you stayed out late (or perhaps you’ve just dragged yourself home and it’s already almost Monday…) Better yet if you’re memory of last night is a bit hazy or if you remember clearly that you did something dumb.
Johnny Cash also does this song but I prefer the Kris Kristofferson version - he’s the one who wrote the song and it just sounds right in his voice, but the version below is a tribute to Johnny Cash with the Foo Fighters and Kristofferson so it all evens out…

Darn! I should have opened this yesterday, when I really could have used it. I went to one of those retro clubs where it’s all ’70s for the first hour, then all ’80s for the next hour, then ’90s, etc. It still feels nice on Monday night.
